Each program page explains who it's for, what's included and the equipment you need. If you're not sure which program is right for you, contact us before you buy and we'll gladly help you choose.
If you can't access your program or something isn't working, contact us and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
If you accidentally buy the same program twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase in full.
Contact us through the Contact page within 24 hours of the purchase. Please include the email address used for the order and the order numbers of both purchases.
Once confirmed, the duplicate payment is returned to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not refunded.
